New cycling test set for children
A new cycling proficiency award aimed at preparing children for the present traffic and road conditions has been launched. Bikeability will be awarded by Cycling England, which hopes that within five years all school-leaving children will have passed the test. The scheme, which is being kicked off in Merseyside, is set to spread across England by next spring. (07/09) Read
